The following are the terms of deepCBDs return and refund policy. By making a purchase from deepcbds.com, you agree to these terms.
Generally, deepCBDs will accept returns and issue refunds on eligible products, and will replace any damaged product, any undelivered product, or any product that you received in error, as described below. We don’t offer a money back guarantee on any products, simply because cannabinoids (including cannabidiol aka CBD) extracted from the hemp plant do not have the same effect on everyone.
Product Eligibility Requirements for Returns
deepCBDs return policy is 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, your product(s) is not eligible for a return or exchange.
In addition to the 30-day timeframe requirement, for a product to be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must also satisfy all of the following:
- Have been purchased at regular price from deepcbds.com;
- Be unused;
- Not have an unbroken seal;
- Be in the same condition that you received it;
- Be returned in its original packaging; and,
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
No return merchandise authorization is needed.
If you want to return your eligible product and it’s within 30 calendar days of your receiving it, simply follow our Return Process described below.
- mail us at [email protected] to alert us that you will be returning your eligible product within the 30 calendar day time limit and to request the return shipping address.
- Once you have shipped your eligible product back to us, please email the tracking number to [email protected] so we can monitor the product’s return.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will issue you a refund for the full amount of the product back to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the credit within 5-7 business days from the date the refund is issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs – You’re Responsibility with Some Exceptions
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return any eligible product, with limited exception. If you are returning any eligible product that was damaged when you received it, or the wrong product was delivered to you, deepCBDs will cover the shipping cost of your return.
For all other eligible products, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any applicable shipping costs paid for by DEEP CBDS LLC will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. deepCBDs cannot guarantee that deepCBDs will receive your returned item, simply because deepCBDs has no control over your delivery.
- Products that do not meet all of the eligibility requirements listed above;
- Products not purchased directly from deepcbds.com website. We do not accept or allow returns for any purchases made in a retail store or other business establishment that sell our products;
- Products purchased using gift cards or on any sale or discounted products; and,
- deepCBDs gift cards.
Damaged or Lost Product Due to Shipping
We only replace items if they are damaged or lost due to shipping.
Upon delivery of your order, please inspect your product carefully to ensure the product has not been damaged during shipping. ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT MUST BE MADE WITH 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT TO [email protected] AND MUST INCLUDE A FULL DESCRIPTION OF THE DAMAGES WITH A PHOTOGRAPH SHOWING THE DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE 30 CALENDAR DAY PERIOD.
The damaged product must be photographed next to the box/package with the shipping label displayed, as it was delivered and received by you to be eligible for a replacement. This information is extremely helpful to deepCBDs to ensure that deepCBDs products are packaged and shipped properly. deepCBDs will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced at no cost to you.
For any lost or unreceived product, please notify us at [email protected] within the 30-calendar day period and have all necessary details regarding your purchase transaction to help us investigate and make it right.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you have received an incorrect product, we apologize. Let us make it right by contacting us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your product, and we’ll exchange your product at no additional cost to you.
If you haven’t received a refund when expected ( i.e., within the time frame generally described above ) you should first contact your credit card company or check your credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your credit card statement.
